‘Singham Again’ box office collection day 4: Ajay Devgn’s film makes Rs 186 crore worldwide, eyes Rs 200 crore. The latest Ajay Devgn film, also dubbed as Singham 3, is now on course to cross the Rs 200 crore mark at the worldwide box office.
The Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan starter action-packed commercial film ‘Singham Again’ has seen impressive numbers at the worldwide box office from its opening day. Domestically the film has grossed Rs.146 crore, while its overseas collection stands at around Rs.40 crore.
Singham Again has earned a net total of Rs.139.25 crore in India’s domestic box office collections. The film grossed Rs. 43.5 crore on its first day, Rs. 42.5 crore on its second day, Rs. 35.75 crore on the third day, and Rs 17.5 crore on the fourth.
This marks a new record for Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn, as it surpassed the opening weekend collections of Golmaal Again and Chennai Express, respectively.
With these numbers, Singham Again is on track to overtake the lifetime Indian collections of Ajay Devgn’s previous film Shaitaan. Shaitaan, which also stars R Madhavan in a key role, achieved a lifetime total of Rs 148.21 crore in India.
