The Oscars Award 2025 also known as Academy Awards marks the 97th event this year. The event is scheduled to be held at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood on Sunday, March 2, 2025.

The 97th Academy Awards 2025 is organized by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), and is held to celebrate and honor the movies released in 2024. During the Oscars 2025, it will represent the awards in 23 different categories.

The ceremony will be telecast live in the United States by ABC and streamed on Hulu, similar to the first Academy Awards.

The Oscar Nominations 2025 announcement was held on January 23, 2025, in the previous month at the Samuel Goldwyn Theatre in Beverly Hills, by actress Rachel Sennott and Bowen Yang.

Emilia Perez received the most nominations at 13 followed by The Brutalist and Wicked with 10 each. Here is the list of 97th Academy Awards nominations.
